Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cigars
- Humidors that have been seasoned or used
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@delitecigars.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
